If your credit card expires, we will let you know that the recurring payment failed and give you timeframe to change your payment method and keep your subscription running. If you don’t change your payment details in time and your subscription expires, you have up to 10 days to reactivate it by updating the payment method. By doing this, you can maintain your current subscription settings. After 10 days, the subscription will no longer be available, and your Applications will be deleted.
JayStack accepts payments from the following payment systems:
- Visa, MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover card

You can easily add a new credit card to your account, or change current credit card options. To authorize your credit card, we make a temporary payment request to your card account for € 1 (or an equivalent amount in your domestic currency). However, you will not actually be charged.
Your credit card details and billing information are stored securely by our trusted partner, Authorize.net. We never store your credit card details in any system of ours.
All of your Content will be immediately erased from the server upon deletion. This information can not be recovered anymore. Your application endpoint and your application URL will become unavailable upon deletion.
Log in to the Dashboard and select the application you want to delete. Click the Delete App link. You will be asked for a confirmation that you really want to delete your application.
Always keep in mind that deleting a power-up can cause damage to your live application. In order to avoid such problems, please make sure that the power-up in question can be removed without further complications.
Log in to the Dashboard and select the application you want to modify. Click the add/remove power-up link and configure your application as you like. The modifications are implemented immediately upon launching your modified application.

Absolutely! Pre-defined packages cover the typical application types. Feel free to add or remove Power-ups to customize your Application to fit your needs.
Support purchased for an application provides support for a maximum of 5 individual applications.
Feature requests and bugs are priorized in the product backlog and we do our best to satisfy the needs of our users. Once we have a significant amount of changes ready, we release the new version to all our clients.
JayData is an open-source product, where all the community members can contribute code. Before releasing an Enterprise version, we assure the quality of the library performing the following tasks:
- Code review,
- We run the unit tests on most popular platforms/browsers,
- We upgrade the library in our example applications and run manual tests
JayData Pro version is available for users with JayData or JayStorm support subscription. If you are subscribed to any of these plans, please log in to your Dashboard and select the support menu to download your application.
